B100 vs. B155: Which Roller Is Right for You?

If you’re running a 2-5 person paving crew, you probably don’t need a fleet of rollers. You need one machine that does the job right, holds up season after season, and doesn’t give you headaches.

Both the B100 and B155 are built for exactly that. Same size. Same Honda engine. Same proven Beuthling build. But they’re not the same machine — let us help you pick the right one.

The One Big Difference

The B100 is a static roller. It compacts with weight — its drums press down on the material as it rolls over it.

The B155 is a vibratory roller. It does the same thing, but the rear drum also vibrates at 2,500 times per minute. That vibration drives particles together and gets you deeper, denser compaction with fewer passes.
